Checkout+: Returns Coverage + Package ProtectionUpdated 19 hours ago

What is Checkout+?

Checkout+ is an optional add-on you can choose at checkout. It bundles two benefits for that specific order:

  1. Returns Coverage (for eligible returns/exchanges), and
  2. Package Protection (help if something goes wrong during delivery).

If you don’t add Checkout+, our standard return policy still applies.

What you get with Checkout+

1) Returns Coverage

Checkout+ helps make eligible returns simpler by guiding you through our return portal and (when eligible) covering return shipping for covered return types.

You’ll still choose from the return options available for your order/item, such as:

  • Refund
  • Store credit
  • Exchange

2) Package Protection

Checkout+ also includes protection against common delivery problems like:

  • Lost packages
  • Damaged deliveries
  • Theft (where eligible)

Delivery-issue claims are handled through a managed review process designed to get you to a resolution with minimal back-and-forth.

No. return and package protection opt-in fees paid at checkout are nonrefundable, even if not used.
