Restrictions on Shipping Alligator, Caiman, and Crocodile Products to Delaware

Why We Can’t Ship These Products to Delaware
Due to Delaware Code, Title 7, Section 602, we are prohibited from shipping products made from alligator, crocodile, or caiman skin to customers in the state of Delaware. This regulation states:

"No part of the skin or body, whether raw or manufactured, of the following species of wild animals or the animal itself may be sold or offered for sale by any individual, firm, corporation, association, or partnership within the State: alligators, crocodiles, or caiman."

What Are My Options?
If you’ve attempted to purchase an item made from alligator, caiman, or crocodile skin and reside in Delaware, we’re here to help resolve the issue. You can:

  • Receive a store credit code to use on another item.
  • Request a full refund for the item.
