Manual ReviewUpdated 2 hours ago
Why Is My Return Still Processing?
After submitting a return through our returns portal, you may see that your return is still processing. In some cases, this means your return request is waiting for manual review by our team before a return label is sent.
What does “manual review” mean?
Manual review means your return request has been submitted, but it needs to be reviewed by our team before it can move forward.
This review step may happen when something about the return needs a closer look, such as possible damage, quality concerns, item condition, or another return reason that requires approval from our team.
While your return is in manual review, your return label has not been created or sent yet.
When will I receive my return label?
If your return is approved, your return label will be created and emailed to you.
If your return is not approved, the return request will not move forward and a return label will not be issued.
Please do not ship your item back until you have received a return label or return instructions from us.
Why didn’t I get a label right away?
Most returns can move through the portal normally, but some returns require an extra review step before a label is sent. This helps us make sure the return is handled correctly before the item is shipped back.
What happens after my return is approved?
Once your return is approved, you will receive your return label by email. After you ship the item back and it is received by Skip’s, our team will inspect the returned item.
After the return is received, inspection and processing typically take 3–5 business days.
What should I do if my return still says processing?
If your return still says processing and you have not received a return label, your request may still be waiting for review.
Please contact our customer service team and we’ll be happy to check the status of your return request.
Important note
The “processing” status before receiving a return label is different from the inspection process after your item has been shipped back to us.
If you have not received a return label yet, your return may still be waiting for approval.
If you have already shipped your return back, your return may be waiting for inspection and final processing.
