Refunds and exchanges are simple, but the process varies depending on how you paid for the item.

In-Store Return Process
1. Initiating a Return
Bring the item(s) and receipt to any Skip's Western Outfitters location within 30 days of purchase.
2. Options for In-Store Returns
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that refunds are processed immediately, but it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Gift purchases are eligible only for store credit.
3. Gift Cards and Store Credits
Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable.
Refunds
After inspection, refunds for accepted items will be issued to the original form of payment used in your order.
Refunds to Credit/Debit Card
Once a refund has been issued, you may not see it immediately in your bank account. The time it takes for funds to be made available is dependent on your financial institution.
Refunds to Afterpay

In-Store Exchanges
Please return your unused items to one of our store locations within the 30-day return window. Be sure to bring your item with its original product packaging and tags (if applicable), as well as your valid receipt.
Your items will be inspected upon arrival. If they are eligible for return, our store associates will assist you with your exchange or help you order a replacement item online.
